Building Bonds Between Police and Community

The Miramar Police Officers’ Foundation is a proud 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed by sworn law enforcement officers dedicated to supporting both their fellow officers and the community they serve. Our mission is to provide assistance to officers and their families in times of need while fostering genuine partnerships and engagement within our city.

Our belief

We believe that meaningful change happens when officers and residents stand side by side. Through outreach efforts, local projects, and charitable initiatives, the Foundation gives officers a direct way to serve beyond the badge—from helping families in crisis to investing in programs that uplift our neighborhoods and youth.

Supporting Law Enforcement Families in Need

The Miramar Police Officers’ Foundation is committed to standing behind the families of law enforcement officers during times of hardship, tragedy, illness, or unexpected need. When those who serve our community face difficult moments at home, we believe their families should feel the strength and support of the community they have dedicated their lives to protecting. Through charitable assistance, outreach, and community partnerships, our foundation works to provide meaningful support, comfort, and resources to law enforcement families when they need it most.
